Characteristic:

1.The furnace body adopts double-layer shell structure, and fan is installed between the double-layer shell, so that the temperature can be raised and lowered rapidly, and the surface temperature of the shell is low. The furnace door and furnace roof are sealed by high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with water cooling system. An air inlet, an air outlet and a true outlet are arranged on the furnace body.
2.Furnace material is made of high quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber by vacuum adsorption. It saves 50% energy and has uniform temperature field on both sides of the furnace. The temperature control system of electric furnace adopts the artificial intelligence adjusting technology. It has the functions of PID adjusting, fuzzy control, self-adjusting and can compile various heating programs. The temperature display precision of the control system is 1 C, the temperature field stability is 5 C, and the heating rate is 1 ~ 20 C.
3.Can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can pre-vacuum, vacuum degree can reach 20 kPa, atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1 Mpa, furnace body is made of thick steel plate, safe and reliable, in line with national standards.
4.It has perfect alarm (overpressure, over temperature, under water pressure) function and more advanced safety interlock protection system.
5.Multiple safety and explosion protection measures, multiple gas emission ways to ensure a good working environment.
6.Perfect atmosphere control system to meet various process needs.
7.Equipped with automatic ignition device, anti backfire equipment and other auxiliary devices to improve the safety of equipment operation.
