Characteristic:
1.Furnace body adopts double shell structure, and fan is installed between the double shell, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the shell is low.
2.Furnace material is made of high quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, the outer layer is energy-saving special ceramic fiber material, energy-saving 50%, heating element using silicon carbon rod.
3.The temperature control system of resistance furnace adopts the artificial intelligence adjusting technology. It has the functions of PID adjusting, fuzzy control, self-adjusting ability and compiling various heating programs.
4.The temperature display precision of the control system is 1 C, the temperature field stability is 5 C, and the heating rate is 1 ~ 20 C.
