Characteristic:
- The furnace body adopts double-layer shell structure, and the fan is installed between the double-layer shell, which can rapidly raise and lower the temperature of the furnace body surface.
- Furnace material is made of traditional refractory material, which has the characteristics of wide application range and high cost performance. The heating element is made of ferrochrome-aluminium electrothermal alloy wire.
- The temperature control system of resistance furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology. It has the functions of PID regulation, fuzzy control and self-tuning, and can compile various heating programs.
- The temperature display precision of the control system is 1 C, the stability of temperature field is <5 C, and the heating rate can be set arbitrarily from 1 ~20 C.
