Comprehensive stability test chamber (Type A)

Introduction:

The Comprehensive stability test chamber (Type A)  is to investigate the time-varying regularity of drugs under the influence of temperature, humidity and light, and to provide scientific basis for the production, packaging, storage and transportation conditions of drugs.

The equipment fully meets the requirements of the new GMP and FDA specifications, and is widely used in bioengineering, pharmaceutical enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, production enterprise laboratories, etc.

Characteristic:

• It adopts touch screen controller with temperature, humidity and illumination. The operation page is set in Chinese and English carefree switching. It can record 600 days of historical data. It has RS232, RS485, USB computer interface to implement on-line data transmission, monitoring and remote monitoring of mobile phone. It has four levels of authority management, and the operation is left to management to ensure the safety, integrity and traceability of the equipment.

• Equipment standard equipped with printers can print real-time running values and curves of temperature, humidity, illumination, time, etc. The time can be set according to customer's needs. Printing paper non-thermal paper ensures long-term preservation.

• The cabinet body has sound and light alarm for temperature, humidity, illumination and lower limit exceeding error.

• The two sets of compressor units ensure that the equipment can run for a long time without interruption. The two operation modes of the fixed value and the program can realize the free switching of the two sets of compressor units.The running time interval is adjustable. When one compressor unit fails, another compressor unit can be replaced to keep the equipment running continuously.

• Temperature, humidity and illumination sensors adopt capacitive sensors, which have wide measuring range, good linearity, high accuracy, easy control and good stability, and replace the shortcomings of frequent replacement and low precision of wet and dry ball gauze.

• The light sensor is used for detection. By automatic dimming, the attenuation error of illumination caused by the aging of lamp tube is reduced, which breaks through the defect of automatic control.

• The equipment studio has over temperature alarm protection to ensure that there is no accident in the laboratory operation.

• The height of the stainless steel shelf bracket can be adjusted, and can be loaded and unloaded arbitrarily, which is convenient for the access of articles and the cleaning of the inner cavity.

• The left side of the box is equipped with test holes to ensure the convenience and reliability of the test.

• The illumination device is placed inside the equipment, which can be controlled independently and disassembled easily.

• LED light source has the advantages of low energy consumption, good safety and stability, long life, high luminous rate, shock resistance and impact resistance.
