After months of research and development and production, the four walk-int type stability testing room of China Zensan Mechatronics have been successfully accepted and sent to Jordan!
A few months ago, since receiving the order from Jordan, China Zensan Mechatronics Company has been standardizing the installation plan, requirements, plan, and on-site verification work for four walk-int stability testing rooms. Each step and process is a tedious task that needs to be adjusted and confirmed in multiple aspects according to customer needs before the final plan can be implemented.
Four testing rooms with a size of 16.8m ³ were used to test the finished products on site. The testing conditions were 25 ℃/60% RH, 30 ℃/65% RH, 40 ℃/75% RH, and 30 ℃/35% RH
The structure of the testing room mainly consists of storage boards and shelves, heating, humidification, and air duct systems, Siemens control systems, and French Tecumseh dual cooling systems.
The testing room adopts advanced temperature and humidity control technology from China Zensan Mechatronics, which can provide accurate and reliable environmental conditions for the stability testing room. During the experimental process, it can simulate the changes of materials under different storage conditions and provide important references for material production and quality control through functions such as data analysis and report generation.
The above picture shows the packing and shipping site, where four walk-in stability testing rooms are disassembled into more than 20 wooden boxes. The wooden boxes are arranged according to the actual installation numbers, with packing lists, detailed installation manuals, and drawings inside, eliminating the hassle of installation.
